An awful housing market? Not in Buffalo

Well, maybe it's not that great, but after decades of extremely low housing prices, relative to the rest of the country, the Christian Science Monitor reports today that in the second quarter of 2010, Buffalo ranked #1 in terms of home-price appreciation.
